Itinerary

Day 1 : WELCOME TO LUXOR AND EAST BANK VISIT.

 

  • Upon arrival at the Luxor airport or your stay, guests will be greeted by our professional Nile Cruisers team and escorted by a licensed tour guide to begin sightseeing Luxor.
  • During the first portion of a guided tour, guests will experience the East Bank of Luxor, including the complex of Karnak temples, the Hypostyle Hall, and Hatshepsut obelisk.
  • Afterwards, guests will transfer for embarkation to the Nile Cruise vessel.
  • Lunch will then be served on board with a delicious selection of vegetarian and international cuisine.
  • Later, guests will have the afternoon to explore the city of Luxor at their leisure.
  • In the evening, guests will embark on the second portion of their guided tour through the magnificent temple of Luxor during sunset.
  • After sunset, guests will then return to the Nile Cruise.
  • Dinner and overnight stay will be on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Luxor.

Day 2 : LUXOR WEST BANK, TOMB OF TUTANKHAMUN, AND SAILING TO ASWAN.

 

  • We start Day 2 with a delicious breakfast on the Nile Cruise ship.
  • The tour will then continue to the West Bank of Luxor and include visits to the majestic Valley of Kings and three royal tombs.
  • During this once in a lifetime experience, guests will enter the tomb of King TUTANKHAMUN himself, seeing the mummy, the coffin, and his sarcophagus.
  • Following that, we will visit the Hatshepsut Temple at Deir el-Bahari and the two grand colossi of Memnon.
  • Guests will then return to the Nile Cruise vessel for a delicious lunch.
  • After lunch we set sail towards Aswan as guests enjoy afternoon tea and beautiful views along the Nile Valley.
  • Upon arrival in Esna along our journey, guests will experience our vessel crossing the lock to a higher level of water—providing the most stunning views of the Nile during your trip.
  • As the day comes to a close, dinner and overnight stay will be on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Edfu.

 

Day 3 : KOM OMBO TEMPLE VISIT AND SAILING THE NILE TO ASWAN.

 

  • Day 3 begins with a delicious breakfast on board the Nile Cruise vessel.
  • Guests will then enjoy sailing towards Kom Ombo, taking in the beautiful views of the Nile Valley.
  • Lunch will be served on board while sailing towards the day’s first stop, Kom Ombo.
  • Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, guests will embark on a 10-minute walk to visit the ancient Kom Ombo temple dedicated to the gods Sobek and Haroeris, an extraordinary historical site that gives you a glimpse into the rich culture of ancient Egypt.
  • Guests will then return to the Nile Cruise vessel and continue sailing towards Aswan, enjoying afternoon tea on the sun deck.
  • Finally, dinner and overnight stay will be on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Aswan.

 

Day 4 : ASWAN HIGHLIGHTS AND FELUCCA SAILING.

 

  • Day 4 begins with another delicious breakfast on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Aswan.  (For the early birds, there is an opportunity for an optional tour of the Abu Simbel temple during this time. Note, this optional tour is an additional cost and comes with a breakfast box. The temple may also be visited on Day 5).
  • Guests will then embark on a tour of Aswan, including visits to the temple of Philae, Isis Island, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the quarry of granite.
  • Guests will then return to the Nile Cruise vessel for lunch.
  • In the afternoon, guests will sail on a traditional Felucca boat around the Nile Valley, a transportation first used in the 16th century. 
  • Finally, dinner and overnight stay will be on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Aswan.

Day 5 : DEPARTURE FROM ASWAN.

  • Guests will begin their final day with breakfast on board the Nile Cruise vessel in Aswan.
  • They will then be assisted with disembarkation from the cruise.
  • At the appropriate time, guests will be transferred to either their airport or hotel in Aswan, leaving with fond memories of their Nile Cruise experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Tours included airfare or Hotel or Nile Cruise Accommodation)

 

 

Cancellation should be received in writing document by  email. In case the cancellation happened before 40 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. If a tour participant is canceled his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:

 

·         Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 7 and 4 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

·         Between 3 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Also, the cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy which changes from case to another.

 

 

REFUNDS:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.

No refunds are possible for No-Show

 

COMPLAINTS:

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (New Vision Travel) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has not solved please call the chairman of the company, but if you return home and still not satisfied you must e-mail us at   [email protected]

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT:

The Contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the Client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

 

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Room for the single occupant is available with an additional of supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

Cairo – Luxor At 05:30 am arriving at 06:30

Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & Vice versa.

Incase you need to adjust your flight timings it will be subject to an extra supplement.

Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected flight via Cairo Airport)

    *International flights:

New Vision Travel can assist you with international flights if needed. However, from our experiences, the international flights are best issued from point of departure, where the client has access to a wider range of price options and availability. The only way to pay for the international flights is through bank transfer to New Vision Travel Account.

Responsibility:

We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

 

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
